Ruby Moye Salazar

LCSW, BCD


Ruby Moye Salazar, LCSW, BCD is a licensed developmental clinical social worker with more than 35 years of clinical and program development experience. Mrs. Salazar specializes in the assessment, diagnosis and the treatment of children and families using developmental-relational approach. 

Mrs. Salazar received her psychoanalytic certificate from Karen Horney, Psychoanalytic Center, NYC, her MSS from Smith College School for Social Work and BS from New York University. 

Mrs. Salazar is a Certified DIR/Floortime™ Clinician and Trainer and is Senior Faculty and Coordinator of the Facilitator/Tutoring program in Interdisciplinary Council on Developmental and Learning Disorders (ICDL), Training Institute and Faculty of the ICDL Graduate School.

She is Faculty Coordinator for Touchpoints, a developmental program from Children’s Hospital, Boston and Faculty of the University of Massachusetts Boston-Infant-Parent Mental Health Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Napa, CA, Adjunct Clinical Faculty at The Commonwealth Medical College. She is the Director of The Bucks County ASD Comprehensive Assessment Program, an eight-year intervention/research project in Pennsylvania.

She is the Founder and Director of Pennsylvania Lifespan Services, a state of the art multi disciplinary treatment facility for children, adolescents and their families impacted by developmental delays, regulatory disorders, autistic spectrum disorder, non-verbal learning disabilities, emotional, school and home challenges. The practice provides psycho educational and emotional support for siblings and parents.
